About Wonda

Wonda Grayson is a remarkable and accomplished leader who shares our unwavering commitment to advancing the success and personal growth of minority students in higher education. With a distinguished background that encompasses military service, academic excellence, and a dedicated spirit of community service, Wonda has earned recognition for her outstanding contributions to diversity and inclusion.


As a decorated military veteran, Wonda has been honored with awards such as the Army Commendation Medal, the Good Conduct Award, and the Meritorious Service Member Award. Her educational achievements include graduating Magna Cum Laude with an MBA emphasizing Management and holding a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Management. She has a deep commitment to community service, evident through her volunteer work with organizations like Habitat for Humanity and her active participation in the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA).


With over 34 years of expertise in program management, data analytics, and federal fund management, Wonda's professional journey aligns with our foundation's mission of empowerment and inclusivity. She currently serves as a Program Manager, overseeing five distinct components and managing more than $4 billion in federal funding. Wonda's dedication to diversity and inclusion makes her a compelling choice to lead the session on "Navigating Masculinity and Personal Identity in College," where her experiences and expertise will inspire and empower our students and parents to navigate the challenges and opportunities of college life.
